3-Day Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Defective products are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, as explained below.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have a genuine defect or damage caused during manufacturing or delivery.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unassembled, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

When reporting a defective item, kindly share clear photos or videos of the defect to help us review and process your request quickly.

Return & Inspection Process

All returns are handled in-store or through our designated return points.
Customers initially bear the return cost. Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed defective, we will reimburse both the product cost and the return shipping cost.

Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for non-defective items within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is presented.
  • The customer covers the transportation cost for the exchange.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item has a price difference, the customer will pay or receive the difference as applicable.
The fastest way to complete an exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the exchange has been approved.

Custom-Made & Special Orders

Please note that custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized furniture items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
We encourage customers to confirm all specifications, materials, and colors before placing custom orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue promptly and provide a suitable solution; repair, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using your original payment method.

  • No restocking fee applies.
  • Refunds are made in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or mobile money provider to process the refund.
