At Calidad Furniture Store, we ensure that your furniture is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across Nairobi, its surrounding areas, and to other major towns in Kenya through our trusted delivery partners.
Our primary dispatch point is within Nairobi (Kasarani area), allowing us to serve nearby locations quickly and efficiently.

2. Delivery Fees

• Within Nairobi & Nearby Areas: Delivery starts from KSh 1,500, depending on your location and ease of access.
• Greater Nairobi Region (Karen, Rongai, Syokimau, Athi River, Kitengela): Delivery ranges between KSh 2,000 and KSh 4,500, depending on distance.
• Outside Nairobi (e.g., Thika, Nakuru, Eldoret, Mombasa): Delivery is charged on request based on your location, order size, and transport options.

All delivery costs will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

3. Handling Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 0–1 business days (Monday to Saturday).
You’ll be notified once your order is ready for dispatch.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• Within Nairobi & Nearby Areas: 1–3 business days
• Other Major Towns: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, order size, and transport conditions. We strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

5. Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

6. Communication & Updates

Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm delivery details and estimated arrival.
If unexpected delays occur, you’ll be informed promptly.

7. In-Store Pickup

Customers may also choose to collect their orders from our Calidad Furniture Store showroom in Nairobi.
Pickup times can be arranged during checkout or directly with our sales team.
