1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer several convenient ways to make your payment:
- Paystack (Online Payments): For website orders, customers can pay securely through Paystack using mobile money (M-Pesa), bank, or card options.
- M-Pesa Paybill: For in-store or WhatsApp orders, payments can be made through our official M-Pesa Paybill number shared by our sales team.
- Bank Transfer: Available on request for bulk or corporate orders.
- Cash on Delivery: Available for ready-made items within Nairobi and nearby areas.
2. Order Confirmation and Deposit
To confirm your order, a 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase. The remaining 50% balance is payable before or upon delivery, depending on your location and order type.
This applies to both ready-made and custom-made furniture orders.
3. Online Payment Security
Online payments are processed securely through Paystack, a trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment platform.
Your payment details are encrypted, handled safely, and never stored or shared by Calidad Furniture Store.
4. Payment Verification
After making a payment, kindly share your payment confirmation or transaction reference via WhatsApp or email. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.
5. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for ready-made items within Nairobi and nearby areas. Please confirm availability with our sales team before selecting this option.
6. Currency
All prices, deposits, and payments are made in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
7. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and will be made using the same method as the original payment.
